These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Winning Starts Here, a vehicle setup and motorsport coaching application provided by All Square Race and Road ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The Service
Winning Starts Here allows you to record, store, and manage vehicle setup data — including suspension, geometry, brake, tyre and aero settings — for cars, karts and motorbikes across your track sessions. The platform also includes tyre wear tracking with per-run tread-depth measurements, maintenance and parts-lifing tools (preparation sheets, job sheets, brake-set wear logs, part logs and an order list), track annotation, race results tracking, packing lists for events, and a nutrition log for athletes. In addition, the platform offers coaching advice and progress monitoring tools, including performance logs, training games, goal tracking and coach-led session notes. Certain features are available via subscription, as detailed on the platform.
3. Data Controller
For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, All Square Race and Road is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
4. Data We Hold
We collect and process the following personal data:
Account email address and name
Vehicle and setup data you enter for cars, karts and motorbikes (vehicle details, track data, suspension, geometry, brake, tyre and aero settings, notes)
Tyre wear and maintenance data (tyre wear-depth measurements, brake-set wear logs, part-lifing logs, preparation and job sheets, order list items)
Packing lists and nutrition log entries you create for events and athlete tracking
Coaching and progress data (session notes, performance logs, training game results, goals, daily logs, race results)
Calendar event data synced from your Google Calendar, where you have chosen to connect it
Subscription and payment status (processed via Stripe; we do not store card details)
Discount codes applied to your account
5. Data Storage & Access
Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Base44, our hosting and database provider. The only individual with access to your personal data is the site administrator of All Square Race and Road. No other party has access to your data, and your data is not shared with or sold to any third party.
6. Google Calendar Integration
The platform offers an optional integration with Google Calendar, allowing you to sync coaching events, races, reminders and other calendar entries between your Google account and the platform. Connecting your Google Calendar is entirely optional; you can use the platform fully without it.
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you acknowledge and agree that:
The connection is made via Google's secure OAuth authorisation process. We do not see or store your Google password; we only receive an access token used to read and manage calendar events on your behalf.
We access and process only the calendar data necessary to provide the integration — typically event titles, dates, times, descriptions and reminders for the calendars you choose to sync.
Calendar data retrieved through the integration is stored securely with the rest of your account data (see Section 5) and is used solely to display, sync and manage your events within the platform. It is not shared with or sold to any third party.
You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time through your account settings or by revoking access in your Google account. Upon disconnection we will no longer fetch new calendar data, though previously synced events already stored in your account remain until you delete them or request erasure (see Section 10).
Your use of Google Calendar is also governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review.
7. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) — to provide the Winning Starts Here service and subscription you have signed up for.
Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — for account administration and service security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your account and all associated data deleted, you may request erasure at any time (see Section 10).

The platform provides coaching advice, progress monitoring, and performance analysis features. This includes, but is not limited to, coach-led session notes, performance logging, training games, goal tracking, and daily activity logs.
By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
All coaching advice and progress monitoring provided through the platform is for general informational and guidance purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
You use the platform and any coaching advice, performance data, or progress tracking entirely at your own discretion and risk.
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on coaching advice, progress data, or any other information provided through the platform.
Rubilah Ltd T/A All Square Race and Road are in no way liable for any damage, injury, loss, or outcome arising from, or in connection with, the use of coaching advice or progress monitoring features.
12. AI Setup Suggestions
Winning Starts Here includes an AI-powered feature that provides mechanical car setup suggestions based on the data you have entered. These suggestions are generated by an artificial intelligence model and are provided for informational purposes only.
By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
All AI-generated suggestions are recommendations only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
You are solely responsible for any changes you make to your vehicle based on AI suggestions.
You must carry out your own due diligence and consult a qualified professional before implementing any suggested modifications.
Rubilah Ltd T/A All Square Race and Road are in no way liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by, arising from, or in connection with AI-generated suggestions.
13. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Winning Starts Here platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data structures, software code, coaching materials, and user interface design — are the exclusive property of Rubilah Ltd T/A All Square Race and Road and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or use any of the content or materials on the platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
The vehicle setup data, coaching methodologies, training games, performance analysis tools, and other proprietary features provided through the platform remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these features for your own personal, non-commercial use while your account is active.
You retain ownership of the vehicle setup data and notes you enter into the platform. However, the structure, organisation, and presentation of that data within the platform remains our intellectual property.
Any unauthorised use, copying, or reproduction of the platform's content, features, or materials may result in legal action and is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without prior written consent.
